Texas Star Lodges

I had neither high nor low expectations, but I left impressed. The staff was responsive, friendly, even helpful after I realized I accidentally booked the wrong date range when what I needed was a room for the same night as my booking. It was a last minute decision to be in Floresville. Once arrived, I and my lady were met by a clean parking lot, and decent but not obnoxious lighting. The person attending the office was friendly and efficient. The room really surprised us. The ceiling was high and had a chilling fan for which I really like having air flow when I sleep. It is important to not that the fan did not rock or make any bothersome noise. The bathroom has a fan, which, when sharing a room can be quite simply very convenient. The bed was super comfortable with pillows that for my personal liking were perfect. The space smelled and felt clean. I did notice that it seems a dog may have gnawed a corner of a side table. I do not like dogs, and that is the only sign I noticed that one may have ever been in the room. I do hope the rooms are kept pet free. As someone who loves fresh air on nice days, I also liked that the windows are screened and can be opened. Each cabin has a picnic bench outside also that while I did not use a bench, I appreciated the benches being there. Anyhow, I would stay there again if up that way.

The cabin was beautiful and comfortable, felt like home. Provided everything we needed. Very relaxing, peaceful and staff was very professional and accommodating. Showers curtains not my favorite as they were too thick and small made water mess. Only stayed 2 nights , next time plan to stay a week!

Came in town for visting on a road trip, it was such a pleasant surprise find this wonderful lodging. Clean, quiet, and convenient location at Time Square. We were actually walked around with dogs at night to see some beautiful shops! Lodging room has everything, even a microwave to heat up coffee! We are absolutely love this place! Customer care is top! Thank you so very much! We will plan another road trip to visit you guys again!

Great place to stay, love the people and rooms are really nice.

Comfortable bed and clean room. It's in a nice little western style area. The TV is Roku and has internet. Cute cats roam around. Overall a very comfy and pleasant place to stay!

Traveling with a pet is always a challenge however Texas Star Lodge made our Thanksgiving trip to visit family so much more than we expected! The room was cozy, quaint and very clean. It was our home way from home this Thanksgiving and we are thankful for the last minute accommodations by Texas Star Lodge to accommodate us and our 14 year old British Lab! We will be back!!

We truly enjoyed our stay (cabin#4) at Texas Star Lodges. The staff is friendly and the management team met all our expectations.
